Mission Statement To provide clean, safe and responsive infrastructure maintenance services to the community of Costa Mesa It is our job and pleasure to operate City facilities and maintain all City-owned public property within Costa Mesa. Through a combination of in-house staff and contractors, we take of the following sections:

The division employs a professional staff of 35 full-time and 11 part-time employees. Our crews are responsible for responding to emergencies such as fallen limbs, power outages, and flooding. We work on year-round maintenance schedules and look for issues daily while working in the field. Equally important are the community members who assist us with reporting issues as they occur. We appreciate and rely on community input to provide a collaborative effort in maintaining our community to the highest standards.
