Costa Mesa Middle/High School Drama presents the delightful musical, Frozen Jr., based on the beloved Disney animated film and Broadway production. This family-favorite musical brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage in a shorter runtime perfect for audience members of all ages. The show features all the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.
The production features talented cast members from the school’s middle school drama program, supported by crew and technical designers from the school’s high school drama program. This unique combination is made possible by the shared performing arts resources of the middle and high school campuses. As a result, students can pursue drama program opportunities both onstage and backstage throughout their entire 6-year academic journey at Costa Mesa Middle/High School.

The approximate runtime of this Jr. version of “Frozen” is 75 minutes including a 15-minute intermission.
