While appointments are not required in order to meet with Code Enforcement officers, we are now highly recommending appointments and encourage you to join a waitlist to expedite service. Cannabis Live Scan and ID Badges are appointment only.

At this time, the city is not issuing or renewing residential parking permits and guest passes until the Citywide Residential Permit Parking study, which is underway, is completed.  The Costa Mesa Police Department will not be issuing citations for residential parking permit violations during this time.
