To submit plans for a project and/or to obtain a permit, please visit TESSA. Once you have successfully applied, monitor the TESSA portal and your email for updates regarding your project.

PLAN CHECK SERVICES – Major or Minor plan check submittals that require Planning preview prior to submittal. (Includes demolition permits and HVAC permits that have an A/C unit).

BUILDING PERMITS - Residential projects that require minimal paperwork and no plan check to have a permit issued (includes submittal for fire department review of sprinklers, alarms, etc…residential kitchen and bath remodel (like for like only), window replacement).

SOLAR PLAN CHECK- Submittal of any PV solar or thermal solar plans which require approval to have a permit issued.
