On Tuesday, September 11th, the community is invited to join City staff for a short ceremony and moment of silence to honor those who died during the September 11th terrorist attacks.  The event begins at 9:45 a.m. at the City Hall flag pole.  An American flag down over the World Trade Center site will be flown at half-mast and a moment of silence will take place at 9:59 a.m.
