Del Mar District Boy Scouts from the Costa Mesa area will be retiring worn and tattered flags for the Orange County Community on Sunday, November 10th.  There will be a formal flag retirement service at 5:00 p.m.  Flags may be dropped off prior to November 10th.  Any questions, please contact Harbor Lawn Memorial Park at (714) 540-5554.
