City of Costa Mesa officials will host a neighborhood meeting to discuss potential impacts of Orange Coast College's 10-year expansion plan, which includes several new buildings, a five-story parking garage and a mixed-use commercial development. (Because OCC is on state property, the City of Costa Mesa does not have jurisdiction over the project.)
