The City of Costa Mesa Recreation Division’s Teen Program is hosting a Valentine’s party for teens at the Neighborhood Community Center, 1845 Park Ave., on Friday, Feb. 13 from 4 to 8 p.m.

The free event—created by participants from each teen center --will include a taco bar, ice cream sandwich bar, friendly competitive activities, and a dance floor with music. There will also be a photo booth where attendees can take a photo keepsake.
