Orange Coast College will host a community meeting to discuss its proposed facilities master plan (which include new buildings, a four-story parking garage, a retail-restaurant center and a 145-room hotel), the college's California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) process and the latest on California's funding for educational facilities.
