OC Fairgoers who arrive between 12 noon to 4 p.m. will receive FREE Fair admission and a carnival ride with the donation of one new or three gently used children's books during the annual children's book drive. Through a new partnership with the OC Fair , THINK Together, the state's fastest growing provider of extended learning time programs, will take part in this year's We Care Wednesday event only on July 25th.
