Moms in Charge, an organization of moms who strive to raise healthier kids, announced today that is first annual A Day for M.E. (mom empowerment) event, featuring keynote speaker Joe Cross, is taking place on Saturday, August 25th at the Costa Mesa Hilton.  A Day for M.E. is a place where women from all over Southern California will come together for a day of personal enrichment and education.  The full day event will also include an evening session where dads can join in and hear from one of the most respected health coaches in the world, author and creator of the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, Joe Cross.
