CMTV 3 is the City of Costa Mesa’s Municipal Access Channel and provides the citizens of Costa Mesa with governmental, informational, and special interest programming. CMTV 3 programs have received national recognition and numerous cable and video production awards. A community bulletin board displays on the channel when no programs are airing. CMTV 3 programming originates from City Hall, and is cablecast to the community on Spectrum channel 3 and AT&T U-verse channel 99. In addition to a live web stream of the channel, all meetings and most original programs are also available either on-demand or on the city's YouTube page.
