Any person who engages in sidewalk vendor activities must apply for and receive a sidewalk vendor permit from the City, 30 days prior to conducting any vending business. All sidewalk vendors must comply with the requirements outlined in the City Municipal Code section 9-191. A sidewalk vendor permit is non-refundable ($250), non-transferable, and shall expire 12 months from the date of issuance. If you wish to renew your permit, you must resubmit an application 30 days prior to the expiration date. The following must be downloaded, completed, and returned to the Finance Department along with a $250 application fee.
