Appointments are now scheduled with our online calendaring system and are available Mondays & Wednesdays (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Police Department, located at 99 Fair Drive.
Required information for your appointment
You must bring an official & unexpired state or federal issued photo identification such as:
California Driver's License
Department of Motor Vehicles Identification Card
Out-of-state driver's license
Passport
You must bring a printed Request for Live Scan form with you to your appointment. We are not able to print it for you.
Payment must be made by cash or check only. Checks should be payable to City of Costa Mesa
