Part 2 of the Storm Drain System Master Plan Update is the Fee and Finance Study. It is currently underway and is expected to complete in the first half of 2025.

COMPLETED AND ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL: October 15, 2024
Part 1 of the Storm Drain System Master Plan Update is comprised of the following two reports linked below:
COMMUNITY MEETING #2 to review the:
Storm Water Master Plan Update and Storm Water Alternative Improvement Map (SWAIM)
COMPLETED: April 26, 2023
The Storm Water Alternatives Improvement Map proposes to upgrade or expand existing City facilitates to accommodate specific design storm flows and may include the following categories of Best Management Practices (BMP)
- Infiltration Galleries
- Diversion Systems
- Capture and re-use
- Bio-filtration
- Street curb extensions
- Permeable pavements
- Detention/Retention facilities
- Park/City Facility Retrofits
- Proprietary Capture and Treatment Systems

DRAFT Existing Conditions Assessment Report (ECAR)
COMPLETED: Thursday, June 16, 2022
The Existing Conditions Assessment Report (ECAR) provides detailed information about:
- The existing condition of the City’s storm drain systems as they operate today.
- How existing storm drain systems are modeled and analyzed.
- How the City has begun to prioritize future storm drain projects throughout the City.

The Draft ECAR is scheduled to be finalized in July 2022.
